Job Deal is a platform where young people can learn the necessary soft skills to build their careers and find job opportunities. Our goal is to create a skilled workforce in Bangladesh and develop qualified candidates for the job market.

Job Deal was established in 2015 to provide employment opportunities for the educated youth of Bangladesh.

The country's military, however, employs retired officers and advisers from various reputable national institutions for Job Bill. They also visit various offices, factories, and establishments in our country to learn about their necessary staff or officer requirements, and we send candidates to those establishments to fulfill the requirements.

First, we assess the job candidate and then prepare their CV and cover letter based on that assessment. Afterward, we apply for jobs in various institutions through that CV. Simultaneously; we prepare them with interview practice so that fear or nervousness does not affect them during the main interview.

When the candidate gets the job and joins, we assist with various documents during the first three months so that their work performance remains good."
